1. Services Provided

Evening Crew provides professional cleaning services for commercial clients in York County, SC, and the greater Charlotte metro area. Service details, scope, and frequency are determined based on the client’s specific needs and are outlined in the service agreement or quote provided.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services until the account is settled.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • We offer flexible scheduling, including evening and after-hours cleaning.

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Evening Crew reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or staff availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time of service.

  • We ask that valuable, fragile, or sensitive items be secured prior to cleaning. Evening Crew is not responsible for items not properly secured.

  • For health and safety, clients must inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions on-site.

5. Our Commitments

  • Evening Crew is committed to delivering professional, high-quality cleaning services.

  • Our staff is trained, insured, and expected to perform services with professionalism and care.

  • We use safe and effective cleaning products but can accommodate client preferences when requested.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • Evening Crew will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage. In the event of accidental damage, we will work with the client to provide a fair resolution.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or failure of items due to improper maintenance.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evening Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We take reasonable measures to protect client data and will not sell or share personal information except as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. If services are terminated by the client prior to completion of agreed-upon terms, the client may be responsible for outstanding balances or cancellation fees.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content accessed through our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within York County, SC.
